Yankee Candle Packaging Redesign
For this project we chose a brands packaging to redesign. When thinking of Yankee candle as a brand I usually think of my grandmother, so for this redesign I chose to target toward a younger audience by creating packaging that would be found appealing to them through colors, scents and illustrations.
Mood Board of styles, colors, and type faces
Sketches done traditionally then later brought into Illustrator using the pen tool
Autumn Air- Using colors of autumn, traditional watercolor that was later scanned in and the digital version of the sketch.
Fall Wreath- Using colors of a wreath, traditional water color that was later scanned in and the digital version of the sketch.
Through the Orchard- Sticking to the "wreath" like sketches done digitally, using colors of apples, and traditional water color.
